**Italy IT Application Operations Internship | 6 months | Milan** For our Italian office in Milan, **Amplifon**is looking for a talented person to join **our**Applications Maintenance team**. You will have the opportunity to work in **a big transformation project** in a truly fast-paced international environment in a business constantly evolving, with great empowerment and growth opportunities. **Does the opportunity sound interesting to you?** We consider interns as responsible team members who can have an impact starting from the day 1. **You'll be in charge of**: - Supporting the governance, monitoring, and continuous evolution of the Local Applications Landscape
- Contributing to the design, implementation, and improvement of Target Operating Models
- Collaborating with local suppliers and system integrators
- Acting as a key point of contact for the Global IT team
- Interfacing with local business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide support
- Serving as a focal point for issue escalation and resolution **You are the right person if you**: - Have a bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Are fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Have a strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to navigate complexity
- Are able to manage multiple tasks and set clear priorities
