Junior Building Surveyor, Intern will support the Building Consultancy team in: - Qualified as Engineer or Architect;-Knowledge in administrative processes (Urbanistic, Building Permit, etc.)-Someone with a keen interest in the built environment with technical knowledge and competence in administrative procedures;-Completely proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of tools / AutoCAD / MS Project;-Effective operational proficiency in English and Italian;-Must be enthusiastic and self-motivated;-Must be flexible and a team player;-Organized professional and excellent communicator;-Interested in and have a knowledge about sustainability (LEED, BREEAM, WELLcertifications).
