- Prepare ingredients in-house
- Provide input on menu composition and changes, menu items, and methods
- Responsible for inventory and order management
- Provide technical guidance to assistants Job Requirements
- MBO Level 3 work and thinking level
- Demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques What We Offer Competitive salary between €2,510 and €3,050 gross per month (depending on experience and skills and in accordance with Collective Labor Agreement Scale V changes)
