Supports the area manager in the actions necessary to achieve the targets.
* Contributes to the continuous improvement of the production process and to the training of people and their correct allocation within the production department and deployment.
* Monitors the department’s KPIs (e.g.: volumes, waste, etc.); proposes improvement actions focused on the flexibility and productivity of the department and improvement actions aimed at optimizing production, in compliance with product safety and quality standards.
* Interacts with the other functions of the Plant (in particular Minifactory Manager, Industrial Engineering, Maintenance and Quality) in order to design and implement improvement projects at a technical and organizational level.
* Supports activities aimed at achieving PME (Continuous Improvement) targets.
* People management: absenteeism, safety, meritocracy, evaluation.
