We are an international company operating in the renewable energy sector, committed to developing, building and operating utility-scale renewable energy projects across Europe and other international markets.
We are currently looking for an HSE Technician to join our team in Italy , supporting the implementation of Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) standards across our projects and promoting a strong safety culture.

Main Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with Italian Health, Safety and Environmental legislation and company HSE policies.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems.
- Prepare and maintain HSE documentation, risk assessments and environmental records.
- Support internal and external HSE audits and inspections.
- Carry out regular site inspections to ensure compliance with HSE requirements.
- Monitor the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safe working practices.
- Verify environmental compliance, including waste management and environmental protection measures.
- Coordinate contractor documentation and ensure all HSE requirements are met before site access.
- Deliver toolbox talks and safety briefings when required.
- Support the investigation of incidents, accidents and near misses, identifying root causes and corrective actions.
- Monitor corrective and preventive action plans.
- Collect and analyse HSE KPIs.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing Health, Safety and Environmental performance.
Requirements
- Technical Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Engineering or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar HSE role, preferably within renewable energy, construction or industrial environments.
- Good knowledge of Italian Health, Safety and Environmental legislation.
- Experience working with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems.
- Preposto certification (mandatory).
- Fluent Italian and a good level of English.
