Sephora USA, Inc is seeking an Area Manager for Emilia Romagna; Campania, Calabria and Sicilia to drive turnover, manage stores and implement policies from HQ. You will lead teams, ensure health and safety, develop local business plans and collaborate with HRBP, Training and Brand partners to execute the national strategy. The role requires 5–7 years in area management, strong financial analytics, and fluent Italian and English, with a dynamic, international environment in Italy.
