In this role, you will shape procurement strategy for Indirect Materials & Services across Europe, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive value, sustainability, and digitalization. You will lead category initiatives, negotiate with suppliers, and champion AI-enabled procurement processes in a fast-paced, international setting. University degree (business or engineering preferred) 5+ years of experience in sourcing or category management Proactive and collaborative attitude with growth mindset Strong communication, analytical and project management skills Negotiation and contract management expertise Advanced skills with SAP Ariba, Apadua, Keelvar, Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) and data-driven procurement Fluent English; other European languages are a plus Requisiti fondamentali
