A leading marine interiors specialist is seeking an experienced
Interior Project Manager
to oversee the successful delivery of high-end interior outfitting projects across the cruise and superyacht sectors.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in marine interiors, fit-out or shipbuilding, looking to manage complex projects from contract award through to final delivery while working with internationally recognised clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage marine interior fit-out projects from planning through to completion
Coordinate design, procurement, production and installation teams to ensure project success
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, suppliers and key stakeholders
Monitor project schedules, budgets and resource allocation
Manage project risks,
variations and commercial performance
Ensure all work complies with quality, safety and contractual requirements
Lead site meetings and provide regular progress updates throughout the project lifecycle
IDEAL CANDIDATE
? 5+ years' experience managing marine interior, cruise, superyacht or high-end fit-out projects
? Strong understanding of interior outfitting, refurbishment and shipyard operations
? Experience delivering projects within budget and to demanding client specifications
? Excellent leadership, planning and stakeholder management skills
? Commercial awareness with experience managing project costs and change orders
? Willingness to travel as required to project sites
? Fluent English is essential
