YO IT Consulting is seeking a Contract Specialist for a remote, contract-based role. You will draft, review, and tailor high-quality templates and samples across MSAs, leases, IP licensing, marketing, and licensing agreements.
The ideal candidate is a practicing or recently qualified commercial attorney with experience in drafting and negotiating contracts, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.
