A leading marine interiors specialist is seeking an experiencedInterior Project Managerto oversee the successful delivery of high-end interior outfitting projects across the cruise and superyacht sectors.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in marine interiors, fit-out or shipbuilding, looking to manage complex projects from contract award through to final delivery while working with internationally recognised clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
? Manage marine interior fit-out projects from planning through to completion
? Coordinate design, procurement, production and installation teams to ensure project success
? Act as the primary point of contact for clients, suppliers and key stakeholders
? Monitor project schedules, budgets and resource allocation
? Manage project risks,



variations and commercial performance
? Ensure all work complies with quality, safety and contractual requirements
? Lead site meetings and provide regular progress updates throughout the project lifecycle
IDEAL CANDIDATE
? 5+ years' experience managing marine interior, cruise, superyacht or high-end fit-out projects
? Strong understanding of interior outfitting, refurbishment and shipyard operations
? Experience delivering projects within budget and to demanding client specifications
? Excellent leadership, planning and stakeholder management skills
? Commercial awareness with experience managing project costs and change orders
? Willingness to travel as required to project sites
? Fluent English is essential
