Role Description
The
Internal Auditor Intern
will be part of the
Internal Audit
Department at HQ level and will support operational audit and consultancy activities.
This role offers the opportunity to develop a broad understanding of interconnected business processes, including process mapping and analysis, internal control system assessment, and activity traceability. The Junior Internal Auditor will work closely with cross-functional teams across departments, business areas, and cultures, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to operational audit engagements and related reporting, helping assess the effectiveness of the Company's internal control system across key business processes, including Commercial, Credit Management, Logistics, Purchasing, Payments, Human Resources,
Manufacturing and Maintenance, and Quality.
Perform follow-up activities on action plans defined during previous audit engagements.
Provide analytical support for consultancy activities, working with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities to enhance processes, workflows, and business practices.
Prepare clear and well-structured documentation to support audit activities and ensure proper traceability of work performed.
Requirements
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in teams across different departments, geographies, and cultures.
Cultural awareness and a flexible mindset.
Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, embrace challenges, and continuously improve.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
