pSharp Brains is seeking an experienced Helpdesk Support Technician Level 1 for onsite support in Florence, Italy.
The role involves end-user desktop and laptop troubleshooting, IMAC activities, OS imaging, and remote assistance using SCCM, Intune, and ServiceNow.
/ppThe ideal candidate will provide VIP onsite contact during escalations, support printers and peripherals, and ensure IT security policies are followed.
Fluency in English and Italian is required, with freelance/B2B engagement preferred.
