ph3bCluster Revenue Manager in Prague, Czech Republic /b /h3 pWe are hiring a Cluster Revenue Manager to oversee revenue performance across a portfolio of hotels in the Czech Republic.
/p pThis role is ideal for candidates with experience in hotel revenue management, pricing strategy, yield management and online distribution systems.
/p pbLocation: /b Prague (office-based) /p pbCluster Scope: /b 4 hotels (subject to expansion) /p h3bRole Overview /b /h3 pThe Cluster Revenue Manager will be responsible for maximizing hotel revenue, RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy through effective yield management, dynamic pricing, and distribution optimization.
/p pYou will report to the Director of Revenue and work closely with the CEO (weekly performance reviews).
/p h3bKey Responsibilities /b /h3 ul liManage daily pricing, rate loading, and inventory control across all distribution channels /li liOptimize RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy performance /li liManage and maintain Channel Manager, OTA extranets (Booking.com, Expedia), and CRS/PMS systems /li liImplement yield management and dynamic pricing strategies /li liHandle group pricing, corporate rates,



and contract negotiations /li liIdentify and develop new distribution channels and revenue streams /li liPrepare weekly forecasts, budgeting, and revenue reports /li liOptimize online visibility, ranking, and conversion across OTAs /li /ul h3bRequirements /b /h3 ul liMinimum 1+ year experience in Hotel Revenue Management / Yield Management /li liExperience with Channel Manager, PMS, CRS, OTA platforms (Booking.com, Expedia) /li liStrong knowledge of RevPAR, ADR, Occupancy, Forecasting, KPI analysis /li liAdvanced Excel / data analysis skillsFluent English (spoken and written) /li liStrong analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills /li liExperience in multi-property / cluster role is a plus /li liMust be eligible to work in the European Union (EU work permit or EU citizenship required) /li /ul h3bWhat We Offer /b /h3 ul liCluster exposure across multiple hotels /li liStrategic role with direct impact on business performance /li liWeekly exposure to senior leadership (CEO level) /li liModern and professional working environment /li /ul /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
