/p h3Role /h3 pWe are looking for a motivated Financial Reporting Tax Analyst to join the Finance team of Cedacri (ION Group).
In this role, you will contribute to the management of accounting and tax activities, ensuring compliance with Italian and international accounting standards, while supporting financial reporting and process improvements within a dynamic and international environment.
This position offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams and external advisors, gaining exposure to complex accounting and tax matters within a global organization.
/p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liEnsure accurate general ledger accounting in compliance with Italian GAAP (OIC) and international standards (IFRS) /li liSupport the preparation of statutory and consolidated financial statements /li liAssist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities /li /ul h3Tax Compliance /h3 ul liManage periodic tax obligations including VAT, corporate income taxes,



and withholding taxes /li liPrepare and review tax filings and related documentation /li liMonitor changes in tax and accounting regulations and assess their impact on the company /li /ul h3Stakeholder Management /h3 ul liCoordinate with external consultants, auditors, and tax authorities /li liCollaborate with internal departments to ensure proper application of tax and accounting rules across business processes /li /ul h3Process Improvement Systems /h3 ul liContribute to the optimization of accounting and tax processes /li liSupport improvements in ERP systems and financial tools /li /ul h3HR-related Accounting /h3 ul liSupport accounting activities related to HR and payroll processes /li /ul h3Your skills, experience, and qualifications /h3 ul liMaster's degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field /li li3–5 years of experience in accounting and tax, preferably in structured organizations or consulting firms (e.g., Big4) /li liStrong knowledge of Italian accounting standards (OIC) and IFRS /li liGood understanding of Italian tax regulations /li liExperience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) /li liAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office /li liStrong analytical skills and attention to detail /li liAbility to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment /li liCollaborative mindset and strong communication skills /li liFluency in Italian and good knowledge of English /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 pPermanent employment contract.
