ppIn this role you drive sustainable growth within the Mass Market Distribution EMEA by shaping distributor partnerships and aligning them to NXP targets.
You define regional focus based on growth potential and lead demand creation, commercial and technical requests from customers.
You are fully accountable for POS and DWIN results across distribution branches, delivering growth in line with corporate goals.
You'll collaborate with cross?functional teams to set and execute strategic partner plans and drive impactful business outcomes.
