/p h3YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENTbr/MAIN PURPOSE /h3 pThe ideal candidate will be responsible for a team dedicated to short-term planning activities, from the cutting department to the scheduling of weekly finished product deliveries, and will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing the flow of materials and information, ensuring the efficient delivery of our products.
/p pThe Production Planning Manager will have the opportunity to build up knowledge on business processes on luxurious goods working in increasingly challenging and international environment and on engaging projects.
/p h3Job responsibilities /h3 h3Your impact /h3 h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liEnsures production launch planning, workload optimization across departments, and material availability checks /li liCommunicate with Central Planning to respect priorities and urgencies /li liMonitors delivery progress and prepares detailed reports to be shared with the Production Manager and Production Director /li liHolds responsibility for the raw material and finished product /li liActively participates in ongoing transformation projects,



specifically regarding repair management and lead time reduction projects /li /ul h3Profile /h3 h3Keys for success /h3 h3Education /h3 ul liMaster's degree in Engineering or similar /li /ul h3Experience /h3 ul liPosition requires minimum 3 years of experience as Production Planner /li liNice to have an experience in Supply Chain Field /li liExperience in luxury/fashion business will be a plus /li liAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-dimensional environment /li liDetail oriented, highly organized, agile /li liExcellent organizational and interpersonal attitudes /li liCooperative with good teamwork and solid communication skills /li liAdvanced user of IT tools (Excel and management systems) /li /ul h3Languages /h3 pFluent in Italian and English, additional languages are a plus /p h3Additional information /h3 pFor new joiners in this role, the initial annual gross salary is EUR ****** /p pThis salary has been determined on the basis of objective and gender-neutral criteria and corresponds to the compensation normally granted for this position at the time of publication of this job posting.
Actual compensation may vary depending on factors such as your unique combination of experience and skills, seniority, and current organizational needs.
