/ppbr/ppWe are looking for a strongSolution Engineer /strong to join our Sales Unit in Italy.
/ppbr/ppIn this role, you will act as a trusted technical partner throughout the sales process, designing material flow solutions and translating customer requirements into tailored technical concepts based on the Interroll platform portfolio.
/ppThis is a highly technical role requiring the ability to interpret technical drawings, develop practical engineering solutions and work closely with Sales, Engineering, Production Plants and customers to deliver high-quality material handling projects.
/ppbr/ppstrongResponsibilities /strong /pulliConsult customers on material handling and intralogistics solutions.
/liliDesign material flow concepts and prepare technical drawings based on the Interroll platform portfolio.
/liliPrepare, review and maintain technical layouts and drawings using CAD tools (e.g. AutoCAD 2D/3D).
/liliDevelop the technical scope of customer proposals and support quotation preparation.
/liliProvide technical expertise throughout the sales cycle and support Area Sales Managers during customer engagements.
/liliCoordinate order management activities in collaboration with customers, Area Sales Managers Solution and production plants.
/liliEnsure proposed solutions are technically feasible, competitive and aligned with customer requirements.
/liliSupport project execution by acting as the technical interface between internal stakeholders and customers.
/li /ulpbr/ppstrongBackground /strong /pulliTechnical diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation or a related technical field.
/liliKnowledge of AutoCAD 2D/3D or equivalent CAD software.
/liliAbility to read and interpret technical drawings (mandatory).
/liliPrevious experience in solution engineering, mechanical design, industrial automation or a similar technical environment is considered an advantage.
/liliKnowledge of material handling, conveyor systems, intralogistics or industrial automation is considered an advantage.
/liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.
/liliAbility to understand customer requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions.
/liliExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
/liliStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
/liliHigh level of autonomy, flexibility and customer orientation.
