/ppSupport and take care of the resources within the perimeter to maintain a motivating and engaged climate/environment in production dept.
/ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliSupervise the whole Leather Goods manufacturing process, in order to reach expected volumes and efficiency targets /liliManage a team of 4 Production Supervisors, around 130 artisans, 1 production Industrialization technician /liliMotivating, supporting and providing guidance to production staff /liliSetting productivity goals for each manufacturing team /liliGuarantee respect of production plan daily/weekly,

giving feedbacks to planning department /liliProduce progress reports on efficiency and other relevant KPIs /liliEnsure respect of quality standards as far as finished products are concerned /liliCommunicating regularly with upper management regarding problems or issues impacting production /liliEnsuring adequate scheduling of staff and supervise the recruitment, polyvalence and development plan.
/li /ulh3Profile /h3ulliEducation: University degree in Industrial Engineering or similar /liliExperience: minimum 5 years in the role in an industrial manufacturing context /liliExpertise on manufacturing processes and Lean Manufacturing /liliExcellent communication skills and ability to interact at all levels of the organization /liliAbility to coach and motivate /liliStrong team building attitude /liliProblem solving and decision making /liliExcellent computer knowledge /liliFluent English Italian – French will be a plus.
