Within the Electronics Business Area, we are looking for a Program Manager for our Genoa office.
The person will be responsible for the following activities: Management of medium complexity programs in both national and international contexts.
Operating autonomously to ensure the achievement of project objectives, not only from an economic-financial perspective, but also by guaranteeing compliance with contractual agreements with the Customer (external/internal).
Coordination and management of progress meetings, performance measurement, and planning/organization of testing/delivery activities with the Customer.
Actively supporting the "business winning" phases and ensuring the monitoring and progress of projects in the "business execution" phases, interfacing with various stakeholders from other Company Functions and agreeing with the line manager on any corrective actions to ensure project success and Customer satisfaction.
Management of contractual compliance in accordance with Company procedures and national laws, with particular regard to aspects of: Legal, Security, Trade compliance, Health Working mode: Hybrid; Contractual category: Employee; Contractual type: permanent; Thirteenth-month salary; Bonus linked to Business results; Welfare vouchers worth 250 euros annually; Opportunities for continuous training and updating of professional skills and soft skills; Well-being: we prioritize the economic, physical, social, and psychological well-being of our people, offering multiple solutions close to their needs.

How does the selection process work?
Following the collection of applications, the CVs most in line with the required requirements are evaluated and identified.
Selected candidates undergo an introductory interview with the Human Resources team, motivational and aptitude-based, followed by a technical in-depth interview with the Business.
At the end of the process, the person receives feedback, both in case of a positive and negative outcome.
