For our Dr. Schär R&D; Centre - Pilot Plant in Trieste, located inProsecco 29/B, Trieste, we are looking for a part-time team member to join our Research & Development team.
Your responsibilities
Support product development, research and innovation activities through experimental trials
Plan and coordinate the use of the pilot plant
Manage maintenance activities and provide technical oversight of machinery and equipment
Manage materials, ingredients and warehouse stocks
Prepare documentation and reports
Your profile
Experience as a baker, preferably in pilot plants or industrial bakery environments, with at least 3 years of professional experience, strong manual skills, and familiarity with equipment and machineryor
Technical diploma in electrical engineering, electrotechnics,



or mechatronics, with at least 3 years of professional experience, as well as an interest in the food industry and pilot plant testing activities
Accuracy, hands?on mentality, and strong organisational skills
