ph3Experteer Overview /h3pAs Maintenance Manager, you will lead the maintenance function at our Casella (GE) site to maximize equipment reliability, plant availability and safety.
You'll steer maintenance strategy, manage the budget, and drive continuous improvement and modernization with cross-functional and external partners.
This role supports the plant's transformation agenda and collaborates with local and international teams to deliver operational excellence.
You will shape maintenance practices that underpin the company's mission of reliable, sustainable solutions for fluid and energy management.
