Infineon seeks a Senior Specialist Digital Design Engineering in our Research Development team to merge creativity with technical expertise, shaping the future of technology and driving groundbreaking projects.
/ph3Your Role /h3pKey responsibilities in your new role: /pulliContribute to the digital design of sub-blocks for Analog/Mixed-Signal IPs, including high-speed SerDes, PHYs, and PLLs /liliPerform unit-level testing and support validation of digital sub-blocks to ensure functionality and performance /liliPerform digital signoff activities (RTL-to-GDS, LEC, linting, CDC/RDC, ATPG) /liliCollaborate with System Architecture teams to implement complex digital features such as adaptive channel equalization /liliWork closely with Analog Design teams to understand and enable digital control of analog blocks /liliPartner with Digital Physical Design teams to achieve clean timing signoff /liliInteract with Verification teams to ensure quality of design /li /ulh3Your Profile /h3pQualifications and skills to help you succeed: /pulliA Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field of study /lili2+ years of experience in RTL design, ideally within Analog/Mixed-Signal IP environments /liliKnowledge of Verilog/SystemVerilog /liliBasic understanding of digital design flow (RTL-to-GDS, LEC, linting, CDC/RDC, ATPG)



/liliExposure to digital test methodologies and/or high-speed SerDes concepts is considered a plus /liliStrong team player with a collaborative mindset, willingness to learn from experienced engineers and grow in digital design and high-speed IP development /liliFluency in English (mandatory) /li /ulpPlease send us your CV in English.
