We are looking for a Ad Ops Specialist to join our Milan team. You will support the setup, execution, and monitoring of digital advertising campaigns across Mobile, Digital Out of Home (DOOH), and Connected TV (CTV) channels.
Working alongside experienced traders, you will gain hands-on experience in campaign activation, optimization, and reporting within the programmatic advertising ecosystem.
This position is reserved for Categorie Protette candidates (Law 68⁄99).
Key Responsibilities
- Support the setup and activation of digital media campaigns across Mobile, DOOH, and CTV.
- Monitor campaign delivery, pacing, and budgets under the guidance of senior team members.
- Assist in campaign optimization to help achieve performance and delivery objectives.
- Perform quality checks on campaign settings, creatives, and tracking before launch.
- Prepare campaign reports and support the analysis of campaign performance.
- Stay up to date with digital media trends and programmatic advertising best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Economics, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Up to 1–2 years of experience in digital media, media agencies, advertising, or internship experience in a similar role.
- Interest in digital advertising, programmatic media, and emerging channels such as Mobile, DOOH, and CTV.
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Good command of Italian and English, both written and spoken.
Nice to Have
- Basic knowledge of DSPs or digital advertising platforms (e.g. DV360 or The Trade Desk).
- Familiarity with campaign reporting and digital marketing metrics.
- Google Marketing Platform certifications are a plus.
