For an international manufacturing company operating in the engineering and industrial components sector, we are looking for a Design Engineer to join the Product Development team based in Monza e Brianza. /ppbr/ppstrong

About the Role /strong /ppbr/pp

The selected candidate will contribute to the design, development, and continuous improvement of innovative products, working in close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and supporting the entire product lifecycle, from concept to validation and industrialization. /ppbr/ppbr/ppstrong

Responsibilities /strong /ppbr/pulli

Develop and manage 3D product designs using CAD software, ensuring compliance with internal standards and technical specifications. /lili

Conduct feasibility studies and technical analyses to assess product performance, manufacturability, and reliability. /lili

Apply engineering methodologies and simulation tools, including FMEA, FEM, and Moldflow, to support product development activities. /lili

Prepare and maintain complete technical documentation, including drawings, Bills of Materials (BOMs), specifications, and work instructions. /lili

Support prototype development, testing activities, and validation processes, analyzing results and implementing technical improvements when required. /lili

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between design requirements, manufacturing capabilities, and customer expectations. /lili

Contribute to product lifecycle management,



ensuring continuous compliance with quality, performance, and regulatory standards. /li /ulpbr/p pstrong

Qualifications /strong /ppbr/pulli

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Plastics Engineering, Product Development, or a related technical discipline. /lili

About 3 years of professional experience in product design, mechanical design, or product development. /lili

Good command of English, both written and spoken. /li /ulpbr/p pstrong

Required Skills /strong /ppbr/pulli

Experience with 3D CAD software, preferably CATIA V5. /lili

Familiarity with engineering analysis methodologies such as FMEA, FEM, and Moldflow is considered a strong advantage. /lili

Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills. /lili

Team-oriented attitude with excellent collaboration and communication skills. /lili
