Giò Forma, a Milan-based multidisciplinary design studio working across architecture, scenography, expo pavilions, and luxury brand experiences (with major projects across the Middle East and beyond), is looking for a junior creative figure to join our team in a collaborative role .
This position combines social media management with direct involvement in the studio's creative workflow, supporting the development of presentations for high-profile international projects.
What we're looking for:
Based in or relocating to Milan
A sharp eye for design, music, and architecture — genuine taste, not just trend-following
Strong drive: proactive, fast, self-directed
A journalistic instinct — you know how to find and tell a story
Working knowledge of AI tools (image/video generation, AI-assisted workflows) — essential for our presentation and content production

Initiative and curiosity over credentials
What you'll do:
Develop and run our social media presence (Instagram and beyond)
Create content that translates complex creative and architectural projects into compelling narratives
Collaborate with the creative team on presentation decks for client pitches — expo concepts, museum tenders, brand experiences
Use AI tools to speed up visual concepting and content production
