ppFor our upcoming Expo **** project, a Parma-based design team is expanding.
We are seeking a-level Architect who will work under the leadership of LAVA Co-founder Chris Bosse in Sydney and in close collaboration with our global studios.
/p h3KEY RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liLead the design and development of architectural projects from concept to completion.
/li liOversee and mentor junior architects and designers, ensuring design quality, technical accuracy, and alignment with project goals.
/li liDevelop and manage Revit models and documentation, maintaining BIM coordination and quality control across all project stages.
/li liUse Rhino and Grasshopper for conceptual modeling and design development (advantageous but not mandatory).
/li liCoordinate with clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, efficient, and sustainable design solutions.
/li liSupervise project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, ensuring creative excellence and technical precision.
/li liIntegrate sustainable design strategies, materials innovation, and contemporary construction technologies.
/li liContribute to design reviews, competitions, and presentations across LAVA's global studio network.
/li /ul h3QUALIFICATIONS /h3 ul liProfessional degree in Architecture (Master's preferred).




/li li5–8 years of professional experience in architectural design and documentation.
/li liAdvanced proficiency in Revit is essential.
/li liExperience with Rhino and Grasshopper is a strong plus.
/li liSolid knowledge of building systems, construction processes, and sustainable design principles.
/li liExcellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills, with fluency in English (additional languages is a plus).
/li liHighly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects independently.
/li liPassion for innovative, human?centred, and sustainable design.
