You will act as the central interface among business, IT teams, and vendors, guiding governance across incidents, changes, and major incidents.
You will enhance ServiceNow ITSM processes, monitor SLAs and KPIs, and support budgets, audits, and supplier relationships.
This role offers hands?on impact in a regulated, multi?country environment with a focus on service continuity and value delivery.
