Your team: Corporate Finance
Your mission
- Support the identification of client needs, advisory activities and the ongoing profitability management of corporate clients based on structured needs analyses, engagement strategies and client plans, as well as the implementation of Corporate Finance-related product solutions.
- Build up and continuously expand product expertise and support the development of related sales approaches, including presentations, in close cooperation with product areas such as Treasury Products or Debt Capital Markets.
- Maintain direct client contact, either jointly with a Senior Specialist in Origination or as the main point of contact for day-to-day operational business.
- After an appropriate onboarding period,
progressively assume responsibilities and execute client onboarding processes and “Know Your Customer” (KYC) requirements in line with regulatory standards.
- Actively contribute to the credit process in your role as a Product Specialist for Corporate Finance products, with a strong focus on execution using tools and systems
- This includes partial support of CRM processes, acting as a central interface for internal stakeholders and monitoring the credit approval process.
- Prepare, implement or support the implementation of credit and transaction documentation, including confidentiality agreements, standard and bespoke loan agreements, ensuring completeness of documentation, compliance with approvals and proper documentation tracking.
- Completed university degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or a comparable qualification (e.g. banking apprenticeship combined with relevant professional training).
- At least 3–4 years of hands‑on professional experience in Corporate Finance, including exposure to credit processes and the use of banking-related tools and systems.
- Professional personality with a confident appearance, strong communication skills and negotiation capability.
- Strong analytical skills, a structured working style and the ability to independently familiarize yourself with new subject areas.
- Pronounced client and sales orientation combined with a high level of teamwork, social competence and risk awareness.
- Solution-oriented mindset with a strong focus on results and service quality, paired with initiative and motivation.
- Very good Italian language skills, as well as very good English skills (minimum B2 level) and German language skills.
