Keeping these systems operational requires reliable maintenance and the right spare parts at the right time.That’s where you come in.## As a Spare Parts Coordinator, you will join a dedicated team of 6 colleagues focused on delivering outstanding customer support and minimizing downtime for our customers worldwide.Creating the ideal spare parts packages for new installations* Processing orders and preparing quotations* Coordinating deliveries to ensure parts reach customers as quickly as possible* Supporting customers with technical spare parts solutions* Identifying opportunities to improve processes and expand our product portfolioWe also encourage you to visit customers on-site. By understanding their operations, products, and challenges, you can help us continuously improve our service and identify new opportunities for innovation and growth.At FORTNA, everyone is encouraged to develop their own expertise and make an impact in the way that suits them best.## Bachelor working and thinking level in Mechanical Engineering, Technical Business Administration, or another technical field* 2–3 years of experience in a service-oriented, technical, or logistics environment* Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written);
