As a Software Product Owner, you will drive the evolution of our EV charging software solutions, acting as the link between business needs, customer requirements, regulatory frameworks, and development teams to deliver high-quality and innovative products.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

- Define and manage the software roadmap for our charging solutions, translating business, customer, and regulatory requirements into clear development priorities
- Own and prioritize the product backlog for charger software modules, ensuring the right balance between product maturity, development capacity, customer value, and business impact
- Collaborate closely with Product Management, System Architects, Hardware Engineers, Software Developers, and external stakeholders to transform requirements into user stories, specifications, and actionable development tasks
- Support Agile development processes through backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and continuous alignment with development teams
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations, including OCPP, ISO 15118, IEC 61851, metrology, and cybersecurity requirements
- Coordinate software releases and OTA rollout strategies, ensuring effective communication, documentation, validation, and certification activities
- Analyse customer feedback, field data, and market trends to continuously improve product performance and identify new opportunities within the e-mobility ecosystem

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

- Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a comparable role for complex software products, ideally in embedded systems, IoT, energy,



or e-mobility environments
- Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and product backlog management
- Ability to understand and translate technical requirements related to embedded software, networking protocols, and cloud-based architectures
- Knowledge of EV charging technologies and standards such as OCPP, ISO 15118, and IEC 61851 is considered a strong advantage
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to interact effectively across multidisciplinary teams and external partners
- Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills
- Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style
- Ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining a strategic product perspective
- Fluent in English as well as German and/or Italian

- Total compensation starting from € 64,000 gross per year, including a 30% variable premio based on goal achievement

Final compensation may vary based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and the scope of responsibilities. Should the position's responsibilities, seniority level, or location differ during the recruitment process, the applicable compensation may be adjusted accordingly, taking into account local market conditions and internal compensation frameworks.
