/p h3What You Will Do /h3 ul liContribute to spreading a digital and innovation-oriented culture by supporting the organization of internal workshops, events, and training /li liExplore open-source and commercial AI/ML libraries to build experimental tools, models, or internal demos /li liHelp introduce Microsoft 365 Copilot by guiding colleagues in discovering its value for enhancing productivity and collaboration /li liSupport the Innovation Team in researching and evaluating emerging trends, technologies, and potential partnerships /li liAssist in expanding and maintaining the innovation network, collaborating with startups, research centers, incubators, and other ecosystem players /li /ul h3Who You Are /h3 ul liDegree in STEM disciplines (Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics etc.) or Innovation Management /li liPassion for innovation, emerging technologies, and digital transformation /li liGood knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)



and ability to support and promote the adoption of Microsoft Copilot within internal teams.
/li liCurious, proactive, and eager to learn /li liGood communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams /li liCurious, self-driven, and hands-on—someone who loves to "tinker" with technology /li liGood communication skills in English, both written and verbal /li liHands-on skills with Python, familiarity with AI/ML libraries /li /ul h3Nice-to-Have Competencies /h3 ul liExperience with no-code/low-code platforms (e.g. Power Automate).
/li liExposure to agile methods, lean startup or design thinking.
/li liExperience collaborating with startups, accelerators, or open innovation ecosystems.
/li liPrevious work in corporate innovation labs or digital transformation teams.
