P⚓ strongINTERIOR PROJECT MANAGER /strong ⚓ /pp Italy /pp Competitive Salary (DOE) /pp ️ English Required /ppbr/ppA leading marine interiors specialist is seeking an experienced strongInterior Project Manager /strong to oversee the successful delivery of high-end interior outfitting projects across the cruise and superyacht sectors. /ppbr/ppThis is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in marine interiors, fit-out or shipbuilding, looking to manage complex projects from contract award through to final delivery while working with internationally recognised clients. /ppbr/ppstrongKEY RESPONSIBILITIES /strong /pp Manage marine interior fit-out projects from planning through to completion /pp Coordinate design, procurement, production and installation teams to ensure project success /pp Act as the primary point of contact for clients, suppliers and key stakeholders /pp Monitor project schedules, budgets and resource allocation /pp Manage project risks,
variations and commercial performance /pp Ensure all work complies with quality, safety and contractual requirements /pp Lead site meetings and provide regular progress updates throughout the project lifecycle /ppbr/ppstrongIDEAL CANDIDATE /strong /pp⚓ 5+ years' experience managing marine interior, cruise, superyacht or high-end fit-out projects /pp⚓ Strong understanding of interior outfitting, refurbishment and shipyard operations /pp⚓ Experience delivering projects within budget and to demanding client specifications /pp⚓ Excellent leadership, planning and stakeholder management skills /pp⚓ Commercial awareness with experience managing project costs and change orders /pp⚓ Willingness to travel as required to project sites /pp⚓ Fluent English is essential /p
