We are currently looking for a Commercial Analyst (M/F) to join our team at our offices in Bergamo.

The Commercial Analyst will be responsible for the customer support and support of the origination process across all business segments (Industry, Mobility, Marine, Biomethane) of the Italian subsidiary.
He/she works under the coordination of the respective Commercial Leads, running marketing campaigns, offering customer support and coordinating offers and contract preparation.
Responsibilities Supports Commercial Leads in all commercial activities in the country, including business development, sales origination, and customer relationships.
Serves the local commercial strategy and delivers on agreed performance targets : coordinating the execution of the commercial action plan, effectively using CRM tools, aligning internally with Group departments in support of the origination process Coordinates commercial offers and contracts preparation, under the supervision of Commercial Leads Undertakes communication with customers as part of sales campaigns, coordinated by the Commercial Leads Troubleshoots on issues affecting the execution of the live customer contracts Promotes company values and culture, showcasing self-starting mentality and demonstrating a willingness to grow into a Sales Originator.
Reports on his/her activities: developing specific KPIs, analyzing results, presenting reports to management.
Skills Strong business acumen and strategic mindset Track record in developing a business Ability to communicate and negotiate Tenacity and determination Results-oriented mindset, energy Excellent communication and presentation skills Collaborative team player who builds trust across functions Requirements Higher education, such as a Business School.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, which may have been gained: energy origination or trading road fuels supply industrial sales Proven basic understanding of energy technical and commercial fundamentals Basic understanding of the EU and National regulation shaping energy transition in industrial and transport sector (i.e RED III, ETS) would be a plus Fluent in English, native in Italian What we offer Salary range: €30,000
