/ppbr / /ppstrongCore responsibilities you'll face in the position: /strong /pulliLead the Strategy Transformation Department in consolidating its role as a strategic company function, strongresponsible for supporting the definition, development, and execution of business strategy and transversal transformation initiatives /strong /liliPartner with the local Board of Directors to identify strategic growth opportunities, strongproactively challenging assumptions and contributing to strategic decision-making /strong, and strongsupporting /strong strongtheir translation into concrete initiatives and programs /strong, while ensuring alignment with key stakeholders at local and central levels /liliMonitor and assess the business model to ensure alignment with Company strategic objectives, proposing improvements and adjustments where needed /liliDefine, implement,
and continuously improve the strongtransformation and program management framework (PMO) /strong, strongensuring effective governance, prioritization, and execution across initiatives /strong /liliLead and coordinate a strongportfolio of cross-functional projects /strong, strongensuring delivery of tangible business outcomes /strong and alignment across departments /liliDrive initiatives related to strongways of working transformation /strong (e.G. Business, IT, Engineering) /lilistrong5+ years of experience in Project / Program / Transformation Management /strong, with exposure to complex, cross-functional initiatives /lilistrongSolid experience in Program Management / PMO environments /strong, including governance of multiple parallel initiatives /liliExperience in strongtransformation projects /strong, particularly related to strongways of working (e.G. Lean, Agile, process improvement) /strong /liliProven ability to strongengage and influence stakeholders across different functions and seniority levels /strong, including the ability to provide constructive challenge /liliGood interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to operate in strongcross-functional and evolving environments /strong /liliExposure to or involvement in strongdata governance or data-driven initiatives /strong /liliStrong understanding of project management methodologies (e.G.
