The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and managing the company's entire portfolio of certifications (including ISO ****, EN ****, and other system certifications).
The role requires rigorous operational management of audits and documentation, combined with the ability to actively support the development of company processes, with a specific focus on the Aerospace sector (EN ****).
Key Responsibilities
Complete management and maintenance of existing system certifications.
Planning and execution of internal audits and management of third-party audits.
Support for business development through the implementation and optimization of processes related to the EN **** standard.
Monitoring of regulatory compliance across the various operational sectors (Motorsport, Automotive, Industry).
Mandatory Requirements
Education:



Degree in technical-scientific disciplines (STEM).
Experience: At least 5 years of proven experience specifically within the EN **** framework.
Languages: Fluent Italian and English (written and spoken, B2 level or higher).
Driving License: Category B.
Soft Skills: Excellent ability to integrate and collaborate effectively within a team.
Availability: Available for occasional business trips.
