Holidu is seeking a mid-level Sales Manager to join the Milan Sales Team, working remotely from Alta Valtellina with quarterly trips to Milan. You will drive new business with vacation rental owners, manage the entire sales cycle, and contribute to team onboarding and events.
The role offers an OTE between €41,000 and €48,260 gross per year, with about 70% fixed and 30% variable pay. 1.3x multiplier applies to over-achievement and up to 350% of target is possible.
