ph3Experteer Overview /h3pAs an e-commerce Expert, you will manage and optimize the online presence for one of our four Group brands across specified markets.
You'll drive revenue, oversee day-to-day site operations, and monitor performance with cross-functional teams.
You'll generate KPI and customer-journey reports and lead monthly performance reviews.
This role blends merchandising focus with exposure to the full digital marketing mix, offering meaningful impact across brand growth.
/ph3Retribuzione / Benefits /h3ulliDrive revenues to meet annual targets /liliOversee day-to-day e-commerce platform operations for functionality, usability, and performance /liliAnalyze website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to identify optimization opportunities /liliManage the commercial calendar for assigned brands /liliUpdate homepage/category pages to improve customer experience /liliEnsure promotions are correctly set up and tested before deployment /liliForecast sales based on historical data and market trends /liliCoordinate with Ecommerce Manager to prioritize and schedule activities /liliCoordinate with development team to fix website bugs /liliCollaborate with Customer Services to capture voice-of-customer feedback and implement changes /liliExposure to digital marketing mix (SEO, PPC, affiliates, email) with merchandising as main focus /li /ulh3Responsabilità /h3ulli6+ years of eCommerce experience in fast-moving environments or strategic consultancy/digital agency /liliTrack record of successful B2C projects with multi-country coverage /liliData-driven with regular KPI analyses /liliProficient in Google Analytics and BI tools /liliStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities /liliMotivated team player who can also work independently /liliSolid understanding of digital marketing landscape (SEO, Data analytics, performance marketing, affiliates, ecommerce) /liliExcellent written and verbal English communication skills /liliPreferred: experience with Salesforce or platforms like Shopify or Magento /liliKnowledge of DAM, PIM and CMS platforms /liliDirect experience in international business projects /liliEqual opportunity employer statement included in description /li /ul /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
