Then come work with us and be part of MSC's family!BI SUPPORT ENGINEERWithin the OneVision BI Global Data Ops Team and under its governance, the BI Production Monitoring engineer will develop tools and monitor all Production applications. The candidate should have a background working with large data volumes BI Applications. The position requires analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.ROLE AND KEY RESPONSABILITYHelp to design and implement new monitoring tools and strategies to early identify issues.Ensure that all systems are running smoothly and efficiently.Help to develop, follow up and maintain documentation related to recovery procedures.Monitor and analyse system performance data to identify and resolve issues.Participate in the validation and planning of deployments in production.Maintain a set of criteria and standard for production jobs.ADDITIONAL RESPONSABILITYProvide regular reports to team leader on the production environment.Identify run improvement opportunities of BI solutions.QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE(P) = Preferred,
