As Senior Corporate Attorney, you will serve as a trusted legal advisor to enable growth while managing risk in our software business across Europe. You will partner with Sales, Product and Finance to negotiate, draft, and finalize complex commercial contracts and ensure regulatory compliance. You will streamline contracting processes, provide practical legal guidance on deal structures, and support M&A; due diligence and other strategic transactions. This role offers exposure to high-volume cross-border agreements in a fast-growing tech environment, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and impact.dynamic team of expertsopportunity to influence a large customer baseDraft, review, negotiate, and finalize commercial contracts including SaaS, software licenses, MSAs, professional services, and NDAs across US and international markets.Advise the global Sales team with practical guidance on contract terms, deal structures, and standard positions.Ensure compliance with applicable contract law, export control, privacy, and data protection regulations.Identify and advise on contractual risk and exposure (indemnification, liability, IP ownership,



data privacy).Conduct legal research on multi-jurisdictional issues and evolving regulatory requirements affecting global sales.Maintain and improve standard templates, playbooks, and fallback positions for global sales consistency.Support vendor onboarding, employment matters, M&A; due diligence related to commercial review, and other strategic transactions as needed.Manage internal matter databases for organization, follow-up, and record retention.Qualified lawyer with 6-10 years of relevant experienceExperience in-house or at a top-tier law firm advising software companiesExperience negotiating SaaS, licensing, and enterprise software agreementsFamiliarity with cross-border corporate structuring and multi-jurisdictional complianceExcellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skillsFluency in English; additional European languages preferredAs Senior Corporate Attorney, you will serve as a trusted legal advisor to enable growth while managing risk in our software business across... #J-18808-Ljbffr
