budgets and resource allocationManage project risks, variations and commercial performanceEnsure all work complies with quality, safety and contractual requirementsLead site meetings and provide regular progress updates throughout the project lifecycleIDEAL CANDIDATE5+ years' experience managing marine interior, cruise, superyacht or xrdztoy high-end fit-out projectsStrong understanding of interior outfitting, refurbishment and shipyard operationsExperience delivering projects within budget and to demanding client specificationsExcellent leadership, planning and stakeholder management skillsCommercial awareness with experience managing project costs and change ordersWillingness to travel as required to project sitesFluent English is essential
