Role Overview We are looking for a technical figure with transversal skills in Workplace and Infrastructure to manage the operational management of IT environments and user support. The ideal candidate will have experience in Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Azure, as well as knowledge of network protocols and VPN connections.
What You Will Do The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and administering the Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring user support and correct service delivery. They will also be responsible for technical support of first and second level on Workplace and Infrastructure topics, and preparation, configuration, and maintenance of workstations.

Requirements Experience in Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Azure
Knowledge of network protocols and VPN connections
Ability to perform basic network troubleshooting activities
Technical support of first and second level on Workplace and Infrastructure topics
Benefits CCNL Commercio indeterminate contract (25K/28K)
Remote work possible for the first or third shift
Availability for on-call duty one week every two months
