ENCO is a well-established consultancy and trusted partner in EU-funded research and innovation projects, renowned for its expertise in the strategic design and implementation of communication, dissemination and exploitation strategies aimed at ensuring the sustainability of project results.
In view of staff expansion, ENCO is currently seeking one Exploitation and Innovation Manager to be involved in the implementation of our Horizon Europe R&I; projects.
The selected individual will be tasked with crafting strategic and quantitative analyses on industry value chains, market trends and end‑user requirements, devising business models and plans, and formulating go‑to‑market strategies for the innovative solutions developed within the assigned projects.
Working with companies, universities and research centres from all over Europe, the ideal candidate should possess the ability to swiftly grasp and elaborate on complex information, understand the needs of projects and consortia, lead the formulation of post‑project strategies, and translate them into effective business models and plans.
Responsibilities
Devising exploitation strategies and plans
Writing project deliverables and reports
Monitoring trends and advancements in relevant markets to align exploitation strategies with industry developments
Defining go‑to‑market strategies and replication models; identifying potential exploitation opportunities within project outcomes and results
Developing business models and plans
Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of exploitation activities
Tracking the implementation and adoption of exploitation strategies and adjusting plans based on feedback and results
Managing intellectual property rights (IPR) to ensure compliance and maximize commercial potential
Qualifications
Proven experience in market analysis, strategy, and business modelling
Deliverables and reports writing
Confidence and ability to deliver presentations to project partners in the context of General Assembly meetings and review meetings with EC representatives
3–5 years of experience in market research, business plan development, and exploitation activities within EU projects
Master’s degree in economics, social sciences, or equivalent
Fluency in Italian and English (minimum C1)
Familiarity with the Horizon Europe programme is mandatory

Competitive salary: €35,000–45,000, based on the candidate’s experience
