At Saipem, we embrace diversity as a driver of innovation and inclusion, while prioritizing people’s safety and environmental sustainability, even in the most challenging conditions. /b /p pbPurpose of the position: /b As a bSystem Engineering Manager /b, you will join the bENCAR Business Line /b, playing a key role in coordinating engineering design activities for critical systems and plant areas that are essential to project success. /p pYou will work closely with the bProject Technical Manager /b, ensuring effective engineering coordination and execution across complex systems such as underground networks, 3D CAD models, modularized units, and highly integrated packages. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liCoordinate multidisciplinary engineering activities for assigned systems and plant areas throughout the project lifecycle. /li liDrive technical integration across engineering disciplines and external Saipem Engineering Centers, enabling effective and timely decision‑making. /li liLead 3D model activities, including planning, reviews, quality control and clash management. /li liEnsure compliance with Client requirements, project specifications and contractual obligations.
/li liManage engineering deliverables, interfaces, changes and constructability aspects within the assigned scope. /li liMonitor engineering man‑hours and material quantities, progress, costs and risks, implementing recovery plans when necessary. /li liAct as the primary technical interface with Clients, Vendors and project stakeholders for assigned systems and 3D model activities. /li liSupport planning and scheduling of engineering activities by ensuring an integrated, efficient and high‑quality engineering design. /li /ul h3What are we looking for? /h3 pbEducation: /b Master's Degree/bachelor’s degree in: STEM discipline; /p pbExperience: /b At least b10 years of proven experience /b in technical supervision, leading teams and/or managing complex projects; /p pbLanguages: /b English B2 (Written and spoken) /p pbIT Skills: /b SmartPlant Review - Autodesk Navisworks /p h3What else should you know? /h3 pYou will have the opportunity to travel abroad based on the projects you will work for and within the project assigned. /p h3What can we offer to you: /h3 pbFor home office contract /b: Pay not lower than 56.000€ /p ul libCorporate Benefits /b: We offer a comprehensive benefits package,
