Within GOSP - Generali Operations Service Platform, we are looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Digital Factory development team, with the following responsibilities:
Promoting and leading the creation of test cases & plans aimed at ensuring the quality of releases
Preparing and executing non-regression testing, identifying opportunities for improvement to be included in subsequent developments
Managing hands-on test automation
Degree in Information Technology, computer engineering or other preparatory diploma for software design and development
At least 10 years of verifiable experience as manual Test Engineer / QA Engineer or other role in software quality control
Knowledge of a broad spectrum of test methodologies (functional, accessibility, non-regression, integration, test-driven development)
Experience with API testing using tools like Postman
Experience in test automation
In-depth knowledge of software lifecycle management processes




Excellent knowledge of the English language (CEFR B2 reference level)
Basic knowledge of test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, REST-Assured, Cucumber, Allure) is a plus
Experience of working in SCRUM team members with various skills (Developers, Tech Leads, Product Owner, Scrum Master, Business Analysts)
