The Role We're looking for a Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring for a portfolio of critical roles across Eight Sleep. You'll act as an internal headhunter, proactively sourcing, engaging, and closing top talent rather than waiting on inbound applications. You'll partner closely with hiring managers to build and manage pipelines, run a sharp interview process, and help us scale the teams that power our growth. Your job is to keep the pipeline full, the process fast, and the bar high. How You'll Contribute Own full‐cycle recruiting for a portfolio of roles, from intake with the hiring manager through sourcing, screening, interviews, and hire Proactively headhunt passive candidates via Linked In and direct outreach, building live pipelines before roles even open Partner with hiring managers to sharpen role scoping
