We are seeking to fill two positions of Management Services Associate (Building System) G6 , based in the Management Services Division at the World Food Programme Headquarters in Rome, Italy .

The Management Services Division's global service portfolio for WFP operations includes travel services for WFP employees, delivering and maintaining the most fit-for-purpose facilities, managing our pool of assets and providing infrastructure and emergency response capacity through sophisticated engineering services, light fleet management and humanitarian accommodation – with admin field support available in all these areas.

THE ROLE
The Management Services Associate, G6 (Building System) position is part of the Global HQ Facilities and Projects Unit. This position will be expected to provide specialised support and coordinate the delivery of client‐focused and value‐for‐money services pertaining to Management Services portfolio.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate administrative and technical support within the Management Services portfolio to ensure efficient and high‐quality service delivery.
Monitor resource needs within the designated area of responsibility and assist in identifying new requirements to enhance operational efficiency and cost‐effectiveness of services.
Collate and analyse data and prepare and/or consolidate reports to contribute to decision‐mak
