Experteer Overview In this role you will plan, execute, and optimize digital performance campaigns across EMEA to drive traffic and conversions for Gucci. You will work closely with internal teams, agencies, and partners to align with regional budgets and KPIs, leveraging data-driven strategies across Paid Search, SEO, and affiliates. You will shape cross-channel campaigns, optimize experiences, and contribute to affiliate program growth while maintaining Gucci’s brand tone. - Plan, implement, analyze and optimize Paid Search campaigns across all EMEA markets with budget and KPI alignment;
ensure synergy between SEA and SEO
- Guide media agencies in optimization, testing, and development of Paid Search and Affiliates across performance channels
- Drive cross-channel media strategy by sharing insights on product demand, audience behavior, and campaign learnings
- Support as key internal stakeholder driving search revenue growth in the region




- Manage cross-channel performance projects to deliver KPIs via continuous optimization and analysis
- Grow and maintain Affiliate network relations, coordinating product launches with PR, Merchandising, and Product Marketing
- Refine the affiliate program by testing offers, identifying top partners and onboarding new ones in line with brand tone
- Collaborate with E-commerce & Merchandising to implement conversion optimization using A/B and multivariate testing while aligning Gucci.Com content with SEO best practices
- Collaborate with marketing team, agencies and partners to ensure an effective global digital strategy

Responsabilità
- University degree in business, marketing or related field
- 5+ years of digital performance marketing experience, preferably in retail, luxury or international environments
- Proven experience managing SEM campaigns across multiple channels and markets (10+
