Front Desk Intern
Four Seasons Hotel Firenze is seeking a motivated Front Desk Intern to join the Team, starting from September 2026 for six months.
Responsibilities
- Assist in check‑in procedures using guest name whenever possible following all Four Seasons standards and accommodating guests’ needs.
- Handle all guest interaction with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests in an accurate and timely manner via in‑person and phone contact.
- Support in coordinating room status updates with the Team, by notifying them of all group check‑outs, late check‑outs, early check‑ins and special requests.
- Customise in‑house guests' reservations and update guest profiles using company software.
- Assist with other Front Office tasks when needed.
Qualifications
- Service passion about delivering true genuine guest experiences.
- Attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills and a team‑work approach.
- Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English and Italian.
- Valid legal authorization to work in Italy at the time of application.
