Your Challenge As Finance Business Partner for Sales & Bid your mission will be to manage and take ownership of all financial and commercial activities during project acquisition. Cooperate with Bid & proposal office, sales office and contract manager to prepare comprehensive, on‐time, competitive offers. Analyze customer requests, tender documents,
derive bidding strategies, and conduct contract negotiations until the contract is signed. Manage and take ownership of all financial and commercial activities during project acquisition: contract analysis, cost calculation, cash flow projections, business models, taxation, financing concepts, currency, risks and opportunities, credit rating, etc. Elaborate and present offers and complex issues transparently to executive management. Prepare LOA (Limit of Authority) documentation and meetings and provide regular reporting on bid status. Negotiate T&Cs; with customers and business partners and other external and internal stakeholders respecting the frame of LoA (limits of authority). Perform sales data analysis for driving decisions on reach, customers, pricing, markets, etc. Provide timely & qualitative information about bid projects and sales activities to maintain transparency in business activities to
