Your Tasks
We are looking for a passionate, analytical, and commercially minded Senior Trade & Customer Marketing Specialist to join our Eucerin team.
Working within the dermocosmetic skincare market and pharmacy channel, this role sits at the intersection of Marketing and Sales, combining Trade & Customer Marketing responsibilities with category ownership. You will translate brand strategies into customer activation plans and commercial initiatives that drive business growth, execution excellence, and customer engagement.
What you will do
- Develop and execute Trade & Customer Marketing plans for the pharmacy channel, translating brand strategies into effective customer and point-of-sale initiatives.
- Partner closely with Key Account Managers to support customer development, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to customer meetings through category insights, commercial recommendations, and activation plans.
- Own the assigned category, translating marketing priorities into actionable customer plans and ensuring excellent execution across the pharmacy channel.
- Manage promotional programs, product launches, portfolio initiatives, and in-store visibility activities, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to ensure flawless execution and effective go-to-market delivery.
- Monitor Sell-Out, Net Sales, market performance, category trends, and key commercial KPIs, identifying growth opportunities.
- Support forecasting, business planning, and commercial decision-making through performance analysis and market insights.
- Develop sales materials, customer tools,
and activation assets to strengthen brand presence and execution excellence within the pharmacy channel.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Medical, and external partners to ensure successful implementation of commercial plans.
Your Profile
- 3–5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Customer Marketing, Category Management, or Sales Development, preferably within the Beauty, Dermocosmetics, Consumer Healthcare, or FMCG industries.
- A strong analytical thinker, able to transform data and market insights into clear business recommendations and commercial actions.
- An effective project manager with excellent stakeholder management skills and a strong commercial, customer-centric mindset.
- A proactive professional with a high level of ownership, capable of independently managing projects from planning through execution in a dynamic environment.
- Fluent in both Italian and English.

- Gross annual salary (RAL) between €45,000 and €50,000, depending on experience
